Center Policies

TREATMENT TIMES:
A 1-hour massage is 55-minutes hands on time the other 5-minutes are for undressing before treatment and dressing afterward. The same applies to the following treatment times; a one half hour treatment is 25-minutes hands on; a 90-minute treatment is 85-minutes hands on.

LATE POLICY:
If you are late for your scheduled appointment you will receive the remaining time left in that time slot and you will be charged full price. If you have a gift certificate you MAY NOT SPLIT IT UP. We will use that certificate in full.

If the therapist is running over and you begin your treatment late you will receive you full amount of time.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND CHARGE:
You must cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance or you will incur a $25 cancellation fee. All same-day cancellations will be charged the $25 fee. Please understand that when you cancel last minute we lose booking an appointment for that hour and the therapist loses an hour pay. It is not fair to us or to the therapist.

NO SHOW FEE:
When booking an appointment we will need to take a credit card hold. If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged a $25 dollar fee for each appointment booked.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
There are NO CASH REFUNDS on gift certificates. You may use it toward a different service or transfer it to another person. No exceptions!

MERCHANDISE - NO CASH REFUNDS:
You may exchange for the same product, or different product, or receive a store credit. Cannot be used towards a service.
